How the Pro trial works

What you get

From the moment you start, including as a guest, you have Pro for 14 days: unlimited habits and routines, full history, 3 freezes plus Auto-freeze, vacation mode, all themes, and the rest. There is no card to enter, so there is nothing to forget to cancel.

The timeline

• Day 1: the trial starts automatically.
• Day 12: one email and an in-app banner. "Your Pro trial ends in 2 days. Here's what changes."
• Day 14: your account moves to Free. No charge. No deletion.

What changes on day 14

If you stayed within the Free limits, nothing. If you went over:

• The 5 most recently completed habits stay active; the rest are paused and read-only.
• Extra routines become read-only.
• History older than 30 days is kept, hidden behind Pro.
• Pro-only features (vacation mode, Auto-freeze, extra themes) switch off.

Keeping Pro

Upgrade at any time from You → Billing (/app/billing) or from any paywall sheet. Everything you set up during the trial carries straight over. Every Pro purchase also has a 30-day refund window, so there is no wrong moment to decide.

Trial ended and you want more time?

There is no second trial, but Free is yours for as long as you like, and a referral works both ways: when a friend joins with your link and checks in on 3 different days, you each get a free month of Pro.
