Export your data

Download everything as a ZIP of CSV and JSON files from Settings. Free on every plan, always, and never blocked by a paywall.

Steps

  1. Open You → Settings.
  2. Tap Export my data.
  3. Wait a moment. A file named sweeptech-export-YYYY-MM-DD.zip downloads, dated with your local date.

On a phone, the file lands in your Downloads or Files app.

What is inside

  • README.txt, explaining the layout.
  • sweeptech-export.json: one document with your profile, habits, routines, check-ins, notes, moods, freezes, Circle memberships, and settings.
  • CSV files for the main tables (habits, routines, check-ins, notes), which open in any spreadsheet app.

Dates are stored as the local date they were logged on, so streak math can be reproduced from the files.

Good to know

  • Export is free on every plan and is never blocked by a paywall, even when you are over a Free limit.
  • You can export up to 3 times per hour.
  • Everything in the export is yours to keep. There is no expiring link; it is a plain file on your device.
  • Export before you delete your account if you want a copy. Deletion is permanent.

Moving to another app

The CSV and JSON formats are open. Most trackers can import a CSV of dates and check-ins, and the JSON carries everything else, including schedules and streak freezes.
